Rock vs Elegant is the name of this clothing line. These two words are among my absolute favorites. When I was younger, I really enjoyed dressing up elegantly, for example in a suit or any other fancy clothes but always incorporate a slight “touch” of the rock era into my look.

The silhouettes are inspired by formalwear; a fitted skirt, trousers tailored closely to the hips and then falling straight down. The rock-infused element appears in the patterns and scribble-like graphics on the garments, as well as the metal rings — details that spice up the elegance and give it a new character.

I have never been afraid to wear what I find stylish. I am who I am, and people should dress in what they feel looks good on them and what they feel confident wearing.

The spiked necklaces and bracelets, the makeup, and the attitude - it’s somewhat like a rock band, if you think about it closely.

Rock vs Elegant er heitið á þessari fatalínu. Þessi tvö orð eru í miklu uppáhaldi hjá mér. Þegar ég var yngri fannst mér alltaf gaman að klæða mig fínt upp t.d. í jakkaföt eða í einhvern annan fínann fatnað en samt alltaf með smá “touch” af rokk tímanum með. 

Formin á fötunum fæ ég frá glæsifatnaði; þröngt pils, buxurnar aðsniðnar að rassinum og svo beinar niður. Rokkaða ívafið er mynstrið/krotið sem er á flíkunum og hringirnir, eitthvað sem kryddar upp á elegansinn og gefur því nýtt yfirbragð. 

Ég hef aldrei verið hræddur við að klæða mig í það sem mér finnst flott. Ég er eins og ég er og fólk má klæða sig í það sem þeim finnst flott og þau eru örugg í. 

Gadda hálsmenin og armböndin, förðunin og hegðunin - svolítið eins og rokk hljómsveit ef maður pælir aðeins í því.
